How do I redeem a gift code?
Redeem a gift code, including G2A codes, to unlock Premium or add Sparks.

Gift codes unlock Premium or add Sparks to your balance. Codes bought from G2A work here too.
Redeem a code
Go to Gift codes, or Account → Gift codes → Redeem a code.
Enter your code. It looks like
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.Press Redeem code.
What each kind of code does
Sparks codes add Sparks to your balance straight away.
Premium codes unlock Premium for a set time. Gift Premium doesn't renew automatically. To keep it going, redeem another code before it runs out. Your Membership page shows when it ends.
Already a member?
If you already have an active subscription, Premium codes can't be applied. Sparks codes still work, and top up your balance as normal.
If a code won't work
Check you've typed it exactly, including the dashes.
Each code can only be used once.
If you bought it from G2A and it still won't redeem, contact support with the code and your order details.
