What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
Payments are discreet. Here's the name each payment method shows on your statement.

Payments are discreet. Your statement won't mention Unlaced or anything adult.
Card payments (memberships and Sparks top-ups): show as EPOCH, our payment processor.
Crypto: shows in your wallet as a payment to CryptoCloud.
G2A gift codes: show as a G2A purchase.
A charge I don't recognise
Check with anyone else who might use your card first. If you still don't recognise it, contact hello@unlaced.ai with the date and amount, and we'll look it up.
If something's wrong with a charge, talk to us before going to your bank. We can usually sort it out quickly. A chargeback cancels the membership straight away and removes any remaining Sparks.
